-------------------- 12/12 Winter hours - Tuesday-Friday Lunch 13:30-16:00, Dinner 20:30-24:00 Saturday Lunch closed, and Dinner from 20:30, Sunday Brunch 13:30-16:00, Dinner from 20:30. New year - Open nights of 30th and 31st only for drinks, by prior arrangement, then closed 1-6 January, reopening 7th at 20:30. Opening between 14:30 and 15:00 we are now offering a dim sum, snacking menu at lunch time, with a few more substantial dishes. And so that there is no need to rush off after lunch we now stay open during the afternoon for drinks and desserts -------------------- 04/11 Fallas and Easter are past, so now we are looking to the summer, and that means Caipiroskas. for those that don't know - It is a short cocktail over crushed ice and made from limes, sugar and vodka. We also add in some fresh fruit, such as mango or strawberries, use flavoured vodka and perhaps a splash of a fruit liquer. From the 1st Feb until 6th Feb, special dishes, menus and on Sunday 6th set menu dim sum brunch for 20€pp 05/10 We have made a big change to our opening hours. Opening earlier for lunch, and closing mid afternoon. We will also start a regular cocktail hour with daily cocktail specials, and every Wednesday and Thursday evenings we will be promoting one gin. special cocktails and special prices. check out our gingervlc or ginger loft facebook pages for details on which gin is in! --------------------- 01/10 The New year/Kings celebrations are over, so keep checking for information about our Mardi Gras/masked ball drinks party and some special menu additions for Chinese New year. Both coming up in February. -------------------- 11/09 Autumn is here, and Santi is coming up with some new cocktails, many with a chocolate base, and soon it will be hot cocktail time. Perfect for those relatively cold Valencian nights. Recently arrived is the new Ginger Beer from Fevertree, only launched in the UK for one month, we are the first bar in town to serve it. Try it in a dark and stormy, or Moscow Mule, or simply over ice.
Also for those who know we have an ever increasing range of gin. Presently at 20 brands, all premium, which we serve with the fantastic Fevertree tonic.
From Tuesday (martes) 28th April, we will be closed the last Tuesday of each month
We think this is a better way to show our guests different dishes and flavours without restricting them to a specific day each week
